1. Who we are

westbring.com ("Westbring", "we") is operated by MARKETPROVIDER, Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA, State of Delaware, Division of Corporations, file no. 10274964.

2. What Westbring does

Westbring is a comparison and discovery service. We show product information and offers from third-party sellers. We are not a party to any purchase: contracts of sale are made between you and the seller on the seller's website, under the seller's terms.

3. Accuracy of information

Product details, images, prices and availability come from sellers and their affiliate networks. We work to keep them current but cannot guarantee they are complete, accurate or up to date. The price and terms shown on the seller's site at the moment of purchase prevail.

4. Affiliate links

Some links are affiliate links and we may receive a commission. See our affiliate disclosure.

5. Intellectual property

The site design, text written by us and the structure of our data are ours. Brand names and product images belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify products offered for sale.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, copy at scale, overload or attempt to disrupt the site.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for products, services, delivery or conduct of third-party sellers, or for losses arising from reliance on information on this site.

8. Terms of sale (items sold by Westbring)

Some items are sold by us directly and marked "Sold by Westbring". For these, the contract of sale is between you and MARKETPROVIDER, Inc.. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. Prices include VAT where applicable; delivery costs are shown before payment. Delivery, the 14-day right of withdrawal, refunds and complaints are described in our shipping & returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — confirm with counsel]. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are not affected.
