Where we ship
We deliver to all EU member states. Delivery country is chosen on the payment page.

Every shipment is insured for its full value. You'll receive a tracking link by email when your item is dispatched.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You can cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the item. Tell us by email at hello@westbring.com with your order reference, or use the model withdrawal form. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, in the condition you received it.
We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the item back, to your original payment method. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is not as described.
Damaged or not as described
Inspect the item on delivery and let us know within 48 hours if anything is wrong, with photos. We'll arrange collection and a full refund or repair at our cost. Your statutory rights under EU consumer law are not affected.
Vintage and antique items
Vintage and antique pieces show signs of age and use consistent with their period. These are described in each listing and are not defects.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable.
