From €25 for insured courier delivery; white-glove delivery to your room is available for large pieces. You choose the option on the payment page. See shipping & returns.

Check it on the order status page with your order number and email. You also get a tracking link by email when your item ships.

Yes. For items sold by Westbring you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. Email us or use the withdrawal form. Partner shops have their own return policies.

Tell us within 48 hours with photos. We arrange collection and a full refund or repair at our cost.
